The privileged has shoes,
the poor has none.
But the fact didn’t come through,
that some grown-feet still stick with the old ones.
What am i blabbing here?
Well…Just another day by day account of what I noticed while on the way back home one night. Sat at the piloting coach end of the train cabin and the earphones plugged into me ears. Can’t remember whether was it deafening my ears.
That something which I almost denoted was the feet of the passenger siting exactly opposite me. It was parallel with my eye level then as my head faced downwards to the cabin floor. Quite frankly, I could’ve easily chose to just lay my head backwards for a good nap to kill time, not to mention with the help of some soothing music. Instead, all I did was to open my eyes slightly larger and observe in order to notice the feet of this approximately 30 years old stranger which was clearly larger in size compared to the muddy slipper under his sole.
Like who cares, right? Wrong. Go figure the possibilities of him sticking to those slippers. Poverty still paces around, unfortunately, beneath our noses.
There’s always a story behind everything; and a purpose destined for every beings.
